I am very excited to announce Comprehensive Case Management Solutions (CCMS), a new and dynamic company specializing in habilitative services and family-like care to the developmentally disabled within the Greater Cincinnati area.
I have worked with the developmentally disabled community for well over 20 years and this experience has given me the unique opportunity towards furthering my vocational proficiency in this area.
In addition, I am a licensed social worker (MSW) who subscribes to the social worker’s creed, which seeks to promote the responsiveness of organizations, communities, and other social institutions to the individual’s needs and social problems.

Services We Provide
Adult Foster Care, Adult Family Living, and Shared Living
The Adult Foster Care Family homes were created out of the belief that people are happiest living active and meaningful lives in their own communities. Comprehensive Case Management Solutions (CCMS’s) goal is to instill all of our residents the sense of belonging, involvement, and purpose in life. Among these same lines, we tailor each residents program to match their individual needs and preferences in accordance with their My Plan.
Comprehensive Case Management Solutions (CCMS) provides room & board, house soaps, common shampoos, basic supplies, utilities, and cable television. Laundry, ironing, and housekeeping are also provided. Also, it goes without saying, there is around-the-clock presence, assistance with daily routines, and transportation to and from appointments. New Comprehensive Case Management Solutions (CCMS) also dispenses and supervises all residents’ medication.
Direct Care Services
We assist clients in the following areas: Daily Living Skills, Social Activities, Personal Goals, and ISP Goals. All staff are trained in CPR & First Aid, Ensuring Health and Safety, Medication Administration and client specific training. All staff undergo a rigorous background checks.
